Where are your customer service counters located at Brisbane Airport?
Domestic: Qantas arrivals, we have a counter  located adjacent to the Qantas luggage carousel 2. In addition, our Virgin Blue booth is located on the footpath area immediately outside the door of the Virgin Blue arrivals, at the Domestic Airport official bus stop.

International: The Coachtrans counter is located at the Visitor Information counter to the right as you enter the arrivals hall.

Do I need to pre-book my travel with Coachtrans?
To guarantee your seat on a service you do need to pre book your seat on-line or with our reservations department however if you are unable to pre book you can purchase your ticket on arrival at our customer service counters. Remember you are only guaranteed a seat if you have pre booked.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I miss the service I have booked?
It isn’t a problem if your flight is delayed and you do not meet your pre booked service.  When you check-in at our customer service counter you will be allocated a seat on the next available service.

What time do your services depart?
Coachtrans operate services to meet all flights.  As Airline schedules change so do our services.  Click on the “Book Now” button and when you enter the details you will see all the available services.

Can I use Credit Card and Eftpos at the Airport?
Yes Coachtrans provides facilities for Visa, MasterCard , Amex & Eftpos at our customer service counters.

Where do I meet the bus?
When you have checked in at our customer service counter our friendly staff will advise the exact location of our exclusive curbside parking area.

Will I be set down at the door of my hotel?
We operate a door to door service and the majority of hotels we can take you right to the door however on the rare occasion the hotel does not have suitable access we will take you to the closest safe set down point.

Does Coachtrans Australia service any other Airports?
While Coachtrans Australia only services the Brisbane Airport as the licensed operator, we do work with providers at other airports including:
